Luke Gebhard

As a Project Manager for Milepost Consulting, Luke emphasizes building strong relationships and networks to ensure clients are connected to the right resources at the right time, and his natural customer service orientation lets project team members know he is invested in their success. Luke currently supports clients with project management, strategic communications and content development, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Prior to joining Milepost, Luke served as Senior Program Manager in the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s Office of Energy Programs, where he helped lead strategic content development, events management, outreach and communications for the Tennessee Energy Education Initiative. Additionally, Luke served as Energy Efficiency Program Director in Nashville Mayor Karl Dean’s Office of Environment and Sustainability. In this role, Luke oversaw project management, communications, and community outreach for the Mayor’s energy efficiency initiatives.

Although born and raised in St. Louis with strong Midwestern sensibilities and an unwavering love of Cardinals baseball, Luke grew up in the Southeast, having received a BA from the University of the South and a Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He fancies karaoke and spends his free time aspiring to be a world-class dad and husband.
