As a Project Coordinator for Milepost Consulting, Katie provides a wide range of support to clients and team members alike. Driven by the idea that every person brings unique strength to the table, Katie is a natural team player. She enjoys asking powerful questions and creating processes to make an organization more efficient and effective. Her favorite role is one where she can make data-driven decisions and use details to help drive a team towards the bigger picture.
Katie is a proud “Double Dore,” receiving both her M.Ed. in Leadership & Organizational Performance and her double B.S. in Spanish and Child Studies from Vanderbilt. She enjoys engaging in meaningful work and is quick to get behind a cause. Before Milepost, she worked for everything from a nonprofit health clinic in Nashville to an adoption and foster care organization in Atlanta to a women’s empowerment nonprofit in Uganda. She has enjoyed diving into the realm of energy efficiency at Milepost and is excited to continue learning and growing here. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her friends and family and exploring Nashville and beyond.
