As a Consultant for Milepost Consulting, Allison provides support to Project Managers and clients in a variety of capacities. With experience in change management, data analytics, procedure development, and creative production, she is driven to gather, sort, organize and communicate information.
Allison tackles challenges with optimism and enthusiasm. Balancing a serious work ethic with a light-hearted approach, she is a natural born planner, organizer, motivator and collaborator. Born and raised in Northern California, Allison soaked up the Bay Area’s spirit of innovation before heading south to Dallas, Texas where she earned a B.B.A. in Business Management and a B.A. in French from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining the Milepost team, Allison served on the Bishop’s Staff of the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio, as the Project and Campaign Administrator for Camp and Retreat Ministry. This experience led Allison to Vanderbilt’s graduate program in Leadership and Organizational Performance, where she built on her quantitative foundation in business, and learned to address challenges by maximizing team members’ individual and collective skills. Her education and experience have reinforced her commitment to create meaningful and creative solutions. Often considered a nomad by her family and friends, Allison is delighted to plant some roots and call Nashville home.
