September 20, 2018
11am to 12pm Pacific Time
As gas and electric utilities across the country continue to search for ways to better engage with customers, there remains a question around what can be done for customers living in multifamily housing. Classified as a “hard to reach” market, the complexity of multiple audiences, including property owners, management, onsite staff and residents from a wide variety of backgrounds, has made this a difficult group to engage.
Milepost has developed a utility driven, energy education and engagement offer for multifamily customers based on the core principles of Strategic Energy Management (SEM) and key learnings from Puget Sound Energy’s MF SEM pilot.
This webinar will cover:
- Staff engagement and education strategies
- Resident engagement and education opportunities
- Cost savings and non-energy benefits for property owners
- Funding strategies to help utilities offer MF SEM
