We work with you to define your target audience and with this audience in mind, create a person-centric program design that receives testing, refinement and our “evaluability” test (i.e., are the results measureable and replicable?). Our team supports your efforts by monitoring implementation of the program and providing input into the evaluation process. We seek opportunities to continually refine the program based on user input and market conditions. We are fortunate to work cross-sector and are often able to infuse your design efforts with this cross-sector expertise.

	Tennessee Valley Authority A NEW APPROACH TO RESIDENTIAL ENERGY PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS Managed research and development of eScore Home Energy Scorecard for TVA’s In-Home Energy Audit Program designed to help TVA reach their goal of becoming the Southeast’s leader in energy efficiency. Researched, tested and reported out on current best practices. Our team managed the design, execution and testing of scorecard look and application. To ensure the program had a user-centric development, we facilitated focus group discussions across Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. 	Snohomish PUD GREATER EFFICIENCY THROUGH MEETING PEOPLE ON THEIR TERMS Led the design process for the 2012 Community Initiative in the Energy Efficiency Department of Snohomish County Public Utility District. Facilitated the transition from American Recovery and Reinvestment Act [ARRA] funded programming to non ARRA funded programming. Activities included a review of the past and identification of significant successes to carry forward, a current state analysis of available assets, and the design of a future program which leverages those established strengths and the existing opportunities. Other activities included support for the close out of ARRA reporting during program transition and quality assurance of subcontractor activities. Deliverables included an interactive asset map, a common vision of the future state, a program functional model, and a working roadmap and implementation timeline to guide 2012 activities. Learn More
