	Puget Sound Energy USING INFO-GRAPHICS TO CHANGE COMPANY CULTURE Our in-house design department developed an info-graphic to lead an internal communication campaign that was aimed at creating a company-wide culture change. The info-graphic is a summary of several large Human Resource documents, clearly articulating the key messages in a fun visual way. The info graphic will be used in both poster and brochure formats.

	Puget Sound Energy ENGAGE STAKEHOLDERS WITH YOUR STRATEGIES BY MAKING IT FUN Bringing new energy to the traditional strategic roadmap, Milepost’s design department creates visually unique roadmaps that successfully balance the line between art and functionality. Generally presented in large poster format, the roadmaps artfully outline the company’s objectives, strategies and activities to achieve their long term goals. From a Nascar race track, to a modern city map that extends across an entire office wall, each roadmap is designed to reflect the personality of the company and its staff to increase engagement and ownership.
